Your Nutrition Assessment with Nutrition Plus is a comprehensive, three-part process — all included in a single assessment fee.
- Interview – an in-depth telehealth consultation with your specialist dietitian to explore your health goals, medical history, lifestyle, and current diet.
- Analysis – a detailed review of your dietary intake, lab results, supplements, and lifestyle data to calculate your exact nutritional requirements and identify underlying drivers of your symptoms.
- Implementation – a personalised written report plus a follow-up telehealth consultation to discuss your findings, outline tailored strategies, and provide a clear plan of action.
