Your Nutrition Assessment with Nutrition Plus is a comprehensive, three-part process — all included in a single assessment fee.

We begin with our Nutrition Addition Method Assessment — a comprehensive, three-part process designed to identify the root causes of your symptoms and provide you with a clear plan of action:

  1. Interview – an in-depth telehealth consultation with your specialist dietitian to explore your health goals, medical history, lifestyle, and diet.
  2. Analysis – a detailed review of your dietary intake, lab results, supplements, and lifestyle data to determine your exact nutritional requirements.
  3. Implementation – a personalised written report and a follow-up telehealth consultation to discuss your findings and outline tailored recommendations.
The total investment for the Nutrition Assessment is $597, which includes all three steps. This assessment forms the foundation for your nutrition care and ensures any future sessions are highly personalised and effective.

Additional coaching packages and educational sessions can be arranged after your assessment, should you wish for extra support in putting your plan into practice.

As you will be seeing qualified Accredited Practising Dietitians, if you have private health insurance, NDIS or a Care Plan from your GP you may be eligible for a rebate.

Rebates from your private health insurance are at the rate set by your insurance company.
